Mint Chocolate cookies
Regular Campfire Marshmallows
Place cookie face side down on plate.
Carefully toast marshmallow over grill or campfire (or oven).
Place toasted marshmallow on the cookie and top with the second cookie, gently press.
So easy and you can make as many as you want!
